As i see now, many of the members already left for other guilds.

It seem so! Not too bad at all, the ppl that we are from scratch in here we enjoy it!
All of a sudden wow became life, as in life and at wow ppl got tired of trying, some others want more loots and power.
This guild disband one month ago or so that Officers decide to leave and Step was trying alone! and all of a sudden (number 2) he decide to stop/leave also!

The main GM and high-officers have suddenly changed leadership and left RwGaming.
This could mean RwGaming will reorganise into a 10-man guild, continueing 25m raids, going casual or even disband.
As the change happened, I personally left RwGaming as a member so I can't give you the actual status of RwGaming and it's (new) goal. Therefore you may get a reply from the new gm/officer, or simply not.
My advise: /w a RwG. member ingame for more info as I cannot provide you more information.

This affected my fun for the game so I decided to leave this guild as well.
I will continue play WoW so you can /w anytime you can for help (if you can type it)
